Invitations have been sent out to all three services and we are looking forward to a good attendance at this event which is always well subscribed and very successful. We would appreciate it if you could indicate your attendance as soon as possible and latest by the 19th May. We need to ensure that we have a good host/guest ratio. We have invited over 120 service guests.
The invitation is to our service guests and to members and their partners only. I have in the past been asked if other guests can be invited. The intention of this evening is to reciprocate the hospitality we receive from the three services and to promote the Club to increase our membership. The event is fully subsidised from our funds.
